Yoga & Meditation provides us with a vehicle for restoration and release. After working hard inside or outside the gym (or both), our bodies and minds need time dedicated to self-care. Stretch, Strengthen, Release, Restore, Realign and Refocus. Our classes are dedicated to those of all levels, whether you have never tried yoga before or are a seasoned yogi, our classes will help you achieve your best self.
Begin the day with a warm Vinyasa flow to balance the body and mind.
We focus on mental and physical presence while moving with our breath, setting intention for our practice. Build both strength and flexibility and explore the mind and body while increasing vitality.
A dynamic practice with Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, and occassional arm balances and inversions for those that want to play!
