Coach Ula teaches Martial Arts on  Wednesdays. She's a very talented and technical  martial artist .

Ula teachs Kids Classes, Privates Sessions and BJJ classes.

She's not only a great grappler but also a wonderful mom, business owner and great team-mate. 

We love having her around because she's always willing to help her teammates to get better.

But watch out!
